- Year 10 Open Evening (for students who wish to join BOA in September 2027 for their Key Stage 4 education) - Tuesday 13th October 2026 from 5.30pm to 8.30pm
- Year 12 Open Evening (for students who wish to join BOA in September 2027 for their Post-16 education) - Thursday 15th October 2026 from 5.30pm to 8.30pm
The Principal's Presentation
This year, our Principal's Presentation will no longer be ticketed in advance.
Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis from our Admissions and Reception teams when you arrive at the academy. If tickets for your preferred presentation are no longer available, you will be able to request a ticket for the next available presentation.
We recommend arriving in good time to secure your place.
Principal's Presentation Times
- Tuesday 13th October – 5.45pm / 6.25pm / 7.05pm / 7.45pm
- Thursday 15th October - 5.45pm / 6.25pm / 7.05pm / 7.45pm
IMPORTANT: Should you wish to attend the Principal's Presentation at 7.45pm, please aim to tour the academy ahead of the presentation as the open event finishes at 8.30pm.
January 2027 open events
- Year 10 & Year 12 Open Evening (for students who wish to join BOA in September 2027 for their Key Stage 4 education or their Post-16 education) - Thursday 14th January 2027 from 5.30pm to 8.30pm
The Principal's Presentation times
- Thursday 14th January - 5.40pm / 6.30pm / 7.20pm
