Hire our space
Purpose built in 2011 the academy boasts dance studios, rehearsal spaces and classroom facilities, as well as a theatre and lecture theatre. Our facilities are available to hire during academy holidays.
To hire any of the facilities you will need to have a minimum of Public Liability Insurance and a DBS Policy as there are often young people on site.

Minimum Hire Period |
All space hires are subject to a minimum booking period of 5 hours. |

Cleaning Fee |
Any space hired for less than 5 hours will incur a cleaning fee of £17.50 per space. |

Sole Use Charge |
A sole use charge of £100.00 per hire applies to all bookings. |

Block Booking Discount |
Bookings comprising more than 10 dates qualify for a 15% discount on all hire charges, including the sole use charge and theatre technician costs. |

Theatre Technician |
Theatre technician support is charged at £20.00 per hour. |

Please note the following:
- We are not able to hire out the facilities during term-time as we are an oversubscribed academy and will not have any free facilities during the academy week.
- We are not able to hire out the facilities in the evening during term-time, as a large number of in-house productions take place in the studios and theatre.
- We are not able to hire out the facilities during weekends due to two longstanding, regular bookings.
We ARE able to consider weekday bookings that coincide with our academy closure periods: October half-term, February half-term, Easter break, May half-term and Summer break.
