Brit FM went on tour to the BOA Open events in September. Broadcasting live from Millennium Point, students from the BRIT School radio station ran shows on the Saturday and the Monday.

Jon Preston took six Yr 13 students and OB manager Conor to Birmingham for a radio adventure.

The "on tour crew" interviewed prospective BOA students on air as well as catching up with staff involved with the BOA project. The crew also drove the desk and selected music for the shows, working in rotation. The live shows formed part of a 5-day radio webcast linked to BOA and the Open Events.

The Year 13 students featured are currently on the BTEC National Diploma in Media Production course run by the BDC department at the BRIT School. As part of the course they learn about radio production and are now also "Seniors" on Brit FM.
